This privacy policy describes what personal data Fiebig Newsletters (sole proprietorship), Roggenfarstrasse, 8193 Eglisau, Switzerland ("Daily Better", "we") processes in connection with this website and the newsletter subscription.

• Password (stored encrypted, not accessible to us)
• Subscription and payment status (active/inactive — payment data itself is processed exclusively by Stripe, not stored by us)

• Sending the daily newsletter issue
• Managing your account and subscription (login, cancellation)
• Processing payment via Stripe

Service providers we use (data processors)

• Supabase – database and authentication (account creation, login, storage of subscriber data)
• Stripe – payment processing and subscription management
• Resend – sending of newsletter emails
• Vercel – hosting of this website
• Anthropic (Claude) – used for editorial research and preparation of newsletter content; no customer or subscriber data is shared with this service

These providers may process data outside Switzerland/the EU. We choose providers with appropriate data protection standards.

Data retention

We store your data for as long as your account or subscription exists. After cancellation and unsubscribing, no further newsletters are sent; full deletion on request is possible at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can request information about the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and cancel your subscription at any time. Contact us at dailybetter.db@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter itself at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Cookies and local storage

A technically necessary session token is stored locally in your browser for login purposes (no tracking, no advertising cookies). No cookies are used for third-party marketing or analytics purposes.
